TO THE POINT….
If investors are all the United States–and all the other post-industrial countries–are about, it’s time to do some thinking about changing the frame. It’s clear that those who run the Street cannot control it, and that it has become the meanest street of all. So, let’s do some thinking–a New Deal, a new Keynesianism to help home owners, and an end to the veneration of those who labor in the temple of mammon and the evangelical God. Time for both groups to step aside.
